Hi, I’m Jessica!
My journey with Pilates began in my teenage years as a way to strengthen my body for ballet. That early love for movement eventually led me to dance professionally with Fort Worth Dallas Ballet. As my dance career came to a close, I recognized how deeply I connected with Pilates—not just as a form of exercise, but as a method of understanding the human body and helping others feel more at home in their own.
Pilates supported me through many seasons of life, including pregnancy, where it eased the natural discomforts of my changing body. After my two daughters were born, I encountered new physical challenges I had never experienced before. That experience sparked my pursuit of specialized training in Postpartum Corrective Exercise, helping me understand my own healing process and reject the idea that lingering discomfort must become a new normal.
Years later, receiving a diagnosis of hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (hEDS) brought clarity to the injuries, instability, and movement difficulties I had battled for so long. Pilates became not only my profession but my lifeline—a safe, adaptable, and intelligent approach to building strength and stability without constant injury. This personal journey deeply informs my work today and inspires my commitment to helping others with hEDS and Hypermobility Spectrum Disorders find supportive ways to move.
I am passionate about women’s health, prenatal and postpartum care, and empowering individuals to navigate their bodies with confidence and compassion. My goal is to meet each person exactly where they are and guide them toward reclaiming comfort, strength, and ease in their everyday lives.
Let me support you in discovering how Pilates can help you move well and feel well in your body.

Postpartum corrective exercises are targeted workouts designed to help Mothers regain strength, stability, and function in their bodies after childbirth, while also addressing issues such as Diastasis Recti. Diastasis Recti is a condition where the abdominal muscles separate during pregnancy, causing a gap in the midline of the abdomen. These exercises typically focus on areas that may have become weakened or imbalanced during pregnancy and childbirth, such as the pelvic floor, core muscles, and back muscles. Jessica is a Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist. Postpartum corrective exercise sessions often incorporate a variety of movements and techniques, including gentle strengthening exercises, stretching, and alignment work. The goal is to support the body's recovery process, improve posture, alleviate common postpartum discomforts, and gradually restore overall fitness and vitality. Specific exercises targeting Diastasis Recti may include transverse abdominal activations and pelvic floor strengthening exercises, aiming to reduce the abdominal separation and restore optimal function to the core muscles. You can benefit from this course no matter how many years postpartum you are.
